We recently had the pleasure of contributing to the Executive MBA – Food & Agribusiness Track at Wageningen University, joining as guest experts to work with a truly international group of senior professionals.

Through a hands-on business case on the future of the bakery industry, we challenged participants to think beyond trends and products: from strategy and portfolio choices to regulation, health, sustainability, and—most importantly—people and culture.
