From multi-criteria decision-making models to Life Cycle Assessment as a strategic tool, discussions quickly moved from frameworks to real organisational dilemmas. How do you weigh sustainability against cost? How do global disruptions reshape sector strategy? When does LCA become more than a reporting exercise?
Building on the foundations of Module 1, the cohort is now moving further into applied systems thinking and collaborative decision-making.
